Our Return Policy

  • 14-Day Window: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, show no signs of wear, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used or laundered items, damaged products, and items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.

Refunds & Processing

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your items, we will notify you of approved or rejected returns.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds reflect in your payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping & Issues

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
